All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
Customers are requested to provide accurate pickup and drop-off details at the time of booking.
Booking confirmation will be provided only after payment or advance payment, if applicable.
The customer is responsible for any additional charges such as tolls, parking fees, state entry taxes, and permit charges unless otherwise agreed.
Waiting time beyond the complimentary period may be charged at the applicable rate.
Any changes to the booking should be informed as early as possible and are subject to availability.
Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation.
Drivers will follow all traffic rules and safety regulations. Customers are requested to wear seat belts throughout the journey.
Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and carrying illegal or hazardous materials inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
The company is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
Any damage caused to the vehicle by the customer will be charged accordingly.
The company reserves the right to refuse service in cases of inappropriate or abusive behaviour.
Travel schedules may be affected due to traffic, weather conditions, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
